Good Stable Day
Brodie had a good stable day today. His oxygen was in the 60's most of the day and his oxygen saturation was in the mid 90's as well. This sounds crazy but we actually saw our son move today. It seems like it has been forever since they let him wake up enough to move. He had his eyes open for a little while and would grab our finger. He wanted to lift his arms but we think his muscles are too weak right now. We are cautiously optimistic but encouraged by his recent progress. As I type this we are at the Astros game and Bradie is in heaven. He has been talking about going to a game for days now and he is having a great time. Not sure if he likes the game or the hot dogs and cotton candy but he sure enjoys himself. It is nice to get out with him because he is definitely being effected by our situation. If Brodie has a good day tomorrow the plan is to let him wake up even more. Hope everyone has a great evening and we look forward to giving you more good news. We can't thank everyone enough for all of the kind words, offers of help and your donations.

Yay for good news! I check this blog so frequently and I'm so happy to hear of the recent news. Glad ya'll made it to the Astro's game! I'm sure that was so nice for Bradie. He's so young and I'm sure doesn't realize to the full extent what is going on. That is such amazing news about Brodie grabbing your finger! What a miracle. Marvel in these moments. I'm sure this was heaven for you! And, I can totally relate to Bradie being in heaven with the hot dog. Had one myself at the game on Monday. Amazing! Haha. Brodie and you all are in my prayers and we think of you all often. Hugs to you all. And, prayers your way.

God definately knew what He was doing when he placed Bradie and Brodie in your lives and you in theirs, gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. God is so good!!! This is such wonderful news! Just put a huge smile on my face. How amazing it must have felt to have Brodie grab your finger...he knows mommy and daddy are there fighting right along with him. Praise GOD for answered prayers. And Brodie's Prayer Warriors will continue to lift him up in prayer everyday until he is healed and goes home with his family!! You all are in our thoughts and prayers everday. Love you guys!
Awesome news! It's amazing how much you can love a baby you have never even met. Hope things keep going in this positive direction. Still praying for baby Brodie and his family.
