Turn Around Brodie, You Are Going The Wrong Way
Today has not been the best day for Brodie. The nurse said that she put him on his right side and he did not like it. She also said that he didn't respond well to some of the doctors coming in and talking around him. We were just feeling so encouraged by all of his good progress and now he is back to his old tricks. He is all the way back up to 100% oxygen and we have lost all of the progress that we had made during the week. Hopefully this is just temporary and he will turn it back around. They did a chest X-ray and it looked the same as the last one so they are unsure why he is requiring so much oxygen. We will let you know when things change and hopefully he will be down on his oxygen later. Hope everyone enjoys there Saturday and somebody do something fun for us. We did get to get out today and take Bradie to the doctor. He has a cold and an ear infection so he won't be able to visit his brother until Monday.

I'm sorry to hear of Brodie's state. I know it's hard to hear when you have had so much positive this week. We are praying for him. Stay strong. This experience has made you both more strong than you may realize. Pray for each other and your sweet little boy and we will continue to pray. Enjoy the weekend as best you can. Smile today.

To the person reading this blog that needs to know they are special to G-d, hold onto this truth that the LORD set you apart to accomplish His purpose. I'm sure that is one reason there are ups and downs in the sweet life of Brodie--G-d's ultimate Glory will be revealed--praying for the medical staff to pray "thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." So, Todd, hold the faith, you amaze me with your well wishes for others no matter what the day has been like--you trust the LORD, you are reflecting His light on this journey--may the Almighty bring forth a healing miracle and provide your son with some breaths of his own--continuing to pray for all of you and now sweet Bradie's health as well. If you would be kind enough to send me Brodie's bracelets I will wear them. I did make a contribution on line, however, we've never met and you wouldn't know how to get them to me.
